At Osborne Mill Nursery, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is a concern or discrepancy with your purchase, we ask that it be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Floral & Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, plants, and farm stand items, all sales are final. However, if there is a quality issue or an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Custom Orders

All custom floral arrangements, including weddings, funerals, and special events, are final sale and non-refundable once completed or delivered.

Non-Perishable Items

Refunds or exchanges on non-perishable items may be considered at our discretion if reported within 24 hours and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Resolution

If approved, resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund (when applicable)
