Osborne Mill Nursery offers custom floral arrangements, seasonal plants, nursery products, farm stand items, and event services. All products are subject to availability and seasonality. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Custom Orders
All custom orders, including floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, and special events, are final sale. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of these items, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once production has begun.
Orders & Payments
Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Delivery & Pickup
Local delivery is available within a 20-mile radius. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. Event delivery and setup fees are quoted individually. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Refunds & Discrepancies
All discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Perishable items, including flowers, plants, and farm stand goods, are final sale. Approved resolutions may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
